Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery takes 2-5 business days from the time your order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. Kindly note that delivery time estimates are subject to carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
3. Email Confirmation
Please check your spam or junk folder in case the confirmation or tracking information has been mistakenly filtered. If you still can't find it, feel free to email us at info@kingkamel.ae, and we’ll assist you promptly.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment from our third-party delivery partners.
5. Shipping Outside the UAE
Currently, shipping outside UAE is not readily available. However, please contact us at info@kingkamel.ae to arrange special shipping.

Returns & Refunds
Need to Start a Return or Exchange?
If you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at info@kingkamel.ae or fill out the contact form in our Help Center. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
At King Kamel, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:
1. Returns
We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return your item! Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase — just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging.
Please note that a 5% refund fee applies. Unfortunately, this cannot be waived as it is set by our payment gateway.
Customers shoulder the shipping costs associated with the return process.
However, if you receive a damaged item or are completely dissatisfied with your order and notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we may make an exception and waive both the refund fee and return shipping charges.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging with labels.
Customers shoulder the shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
3. Refunds
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Please note that refunds are not permitted on Final Sale or clearance items.
